It's OK to change your mind
We are committed to offering high quality products and strive to give you the customer service you deserve. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Please return items in original condition with all contents included. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred while shipping the product back. Please contact us to receive a return authorization # before returning your items. You will be required to provide us with the UPC code embedded on the lower right-hand corner of your box.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
